During 2017, we refreshed and redesigned our people management policies and rolled out a new ‘Group People Policy’, covering staff in all our offices.

Employees and contractors
We believe that effective people-management is the key to being a high-performing organisation. We use a tailored personal development programme – the ‘Management Bootcamp’ – to develop our people-managers. It provides the practical tools they need to support and motivate their teams to deliver optimum results.
